All orders have a processing period of approximately 2-5 business days. As they are handmade products, sometimes problems arise and the preparation of your order can take longer. If this happens, we will inform you of the status of your order by mail.
Gift wrapping and packaging
All my items come free wrapped with a nice tissue paper, brand sticker and other details that will allow them to be ready for any occasion, but if you want a special and personalized package, do not hesitate to contact me :)
Personalized orders
All my Items are handmade in my little studio, do you have a special request? No problem, send me a message or an email and I'll see what I can do for you.
About digital downloads
Downloads digital are provided in my store in order to skip the materials and costly shipping costs for customers. Once downloaded, you agree that the download may only be used for personal use. Copyright and intellectual property remain with the original artist. Artwork may not be resold or redistributed as part of an individual or company.
When will my order arrive?
Weather It is estimated for delivery by mail with Correos. It may vary depending on the holidays or events that may affect the volume of mail. Customs procedures are not included in these estimates.
Spain ⇢ 4-9 business days
Europe ⇢ 5-30 business days
International ⇢ 6-40 business days
When will my order ship?
It can be between 3-9 business days (that does not include Sunday). The articles are manufactured to order and are sent through the Post Office.
